Athletics

Hello Everyone!! My name is Zachary S Heath and I like to call myself a triathlete. I am very new to the sport and have only logged in 3 sprint triathlons. I have a strong running back ground starting my freshman year of high school in 2001. Following high school I entered Eastern Oregon University’s running program. I spent 3 years at the program and participated in 6 national competitions. After a string of illnesses and injuries hit me in 2008 and I decided to take some time away from the sport. During this time I discovered a love for biking. I spent a few months in New Zeland, cycling around both the North and South Islands; this was the beginning of what I call “My Walk-About.” After cycling I took a trip to Australia and discovered surfing- a newfound love and a great break from endurance sports. After playing for a year it was time to come back to endurance sports. In 2010 I was welcomed in by VO2 Multisport and Coach Ben Bigglestone. I am looking forward to the new season and a full year of training under my belt. With the help of Ben and the team I feel there are no limits!
